We're on the lookout for a stellar Administrative Sales Coordinator who isn’t afraid to take initiative and learn our industry. If you’ve got a knack for learning new things and are willing to jump into a variety of projects, particularly when it comes to the well-being of our bovine friends and their reproductive systems, then you might just be the perfect fit! Reporting directly to our fabulous CEO, your responsibilities will include a delightful mix of data analytics, marketing, operations, and customer service: Operations & Customer Service Plan and organize industry events, including expos. Set up booths, coordinate with vendors and arrange tickets Source and order merchandise, manage shipments and handle shipping/receiving of parcels Oversee calendar management as required Manage the 1.800 customer service number ensuring all our clients are happy Take initiative and connect with prospective clients to promote our services – consistent follow up is key!
